Cancellation Policy

Upon submitting an online booking window it is assumed that you will adhere to the exact time listed on your booked window. We will contact you to confirm your appointment. If you do not respond after multiple attempts to contact you, we will not show. A line of communication must be established for us to come out. Customers are welcome to cancel or change their booking at anytime as long as it's 2 hours prior to the booked service. (Excluding emergencies). Thank you for your business and cooperation!
