Here's what to expect:

Pre-Inspection:
We'll evaluate the tile type, grout condition, and any problem spots needing special attention.

Chemical Application:
Following our inspection we will proceed to apply the proper chemicals to your tile surface.
Our chemicals are perfectly safe and tend to have a pleasant smell!
The chemicals we apply to the surface will break down any dirt, grease, and oils on the surface of your tile and the pores of your grout!

Scrub, High Pressure Wash, & Extraction:
Then we will individually scrub each grout line by hand to make sure all of the dirt and grime gets broken down by our chemicals!
Following that we will use our professional high pressure machine and tile spinner tool to spray the tile and remove any leftover debris the chemicals didn't break down.
Finally using the same tool we will extract any and all chemicals on the floor and follow the extraction with a wet mop to make sure there is no residue left behind.

Optional Coating:
We offer a tile & grout seal option for our customers that may not want to see us as often! Our seal not only prevents dirt and grime from building up following our cleaning, but also makes cleaning significantly easier for both our customer and us for when we come back to clean again!

VCT (Vinyl Composite Tile) Stripping & Recoating
If you have VCT that is looking gnarly, we can change that for you!

We will strip the coating off your VCT using a strong chemical and agitation technique.
​
We'll then clean the VCT and apply our top-quality professional grade sealer and finish

Coated Tile Burnishing
Do you have coated tile but it's looking a little dull?
We can change that for you!

Using our high power propane burnisher, we can come in and virtually polish your floor!
​
We'll have your floor so shiny you can check your teeth in it!
