How Does it Work?

Here's what to expect:

Pre-Inspection
We assess your carpet type, identify problem areas and spot treat them, and choose whether to use Low-Moisture or Hot Water Extraction Cleaning in your home.

Hot Water Extraction:
If we determine your carpet is best suited for our hot water extraction cleaning method we will move forward with it.
1. We spray a prespray chemical into the carpet that chemically breaks down the dirt molecules within the fibers.
2. Then using a high power truck mounted pressure washer and a carpet wand we spray water deep into the carpet while simultaneously vacuuming the dirt, chemical, and dirty water back out of the carpet.
3. We then pass over the carpet again with the wand but this time only using the vacuum. This decreases dry time and ensures there is no more debris in the carpets.
4. (Optional) We can follow our final step with a protectant or deodorizer at the request of the customer for a slightly extra charge.
*Carpets typically take 2 - 3 hours to dry after this method*
Low-Moisture:
If we determine your carpet is best suited for our low moisture cleaning method we will move forward with it.
1. We spray a encapsulating chemical into the carpet that encapsulates the dirt molecules within the fibers.
2. We agitate the carpet with a orbital rotating machine and a microfiber bonnet. This breaks up any dirt or bacteria within the carpet and removes any loose dirt within the fibers.
3. Lastly we vacuum the carpets with our commercial grade vacuum to remove any encapsulated dirt still within the carpet.
4. (Optional) We can follow our final step with a protectant or deodorizer at the request of the customer for a slightly extra charge.
*Carpets typically take 20 - 40 minutes to dry after this method*
How Much is it Going to Cost?
Clear Pricing. No Surprises.
We want to keep things simple, honest, and understandable. For that reason we don't charge by square foot, or per stair. We charge per area. This allows us to give accurate estimates over the phone!

One Area is equal to roughly a 12' x 15' room.
One Area can also be a set of stairs and a hallway

For example - 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a staircase, and a hallway = 4 Areas

1 Area = $75
​
*Our minimum charge is $150 so we strongly recommend if you're looking to have 1 area cleaned to have another done because it won't affect the price*
Area Rugs?
We can clean your area rugs!
For area rug cleaning if possible we highly recommend our customer allows us to remove the area rug from their home and take it back to our shop where we can do an extremely thorough deep clean.

Area rugs typically take 2 - 5 days to get back to our customers.
​
Area rugs cost $1.00 per square foot to clean.
